United States Ninth Circuit

US v. Brooks, 05-30261

A conviction for drug-related offenses is affirmed over challenges to aspects of the jury instructions, the indictment, the sentencing, and testimony he claimed was reversible vouching. Although the government did engage in improper vouching in this case, the error did not affect defendant's substantial rights.
