United States Ninth Circuit
US v. Cope, 06-50441
A sentence for possession of child pornography is affirmed in part, and vacated in part and remanded where: 1) the district court's imposition of a lifetime of supervised release was reasonable; but 2) it should have articulated findings before imposing special conditions of release pertaining to medication, which would implicate a particularly significant liberty interest of the defendant.
