Redding v. Safford Unified Sch. Dist., 05-15759

In a minor's 42 U.S.C. section 1983 action alleging defendants violated her Fourth Amendment rights by conducting a warrantless search of her person during school hours and on school premises, summary judgment for defendants is affirmed as defendants did not violate her Fourth Amendment rights.
