Menken v. Emm, 05-16467

In an action alleging negligence, interference with contractual relations, civil extortion, and a violation of Arizona Revised Statutes section 33-420, dismissal of the suit following removal based on diversity jurisdiction is reversed as defendant had sufficient contacts with the State of Arizona to warrant the exercise of personal jurisdiction.
