United States Ninth Circuit
LinkLine Communications, Inc. v. SBC California, Inc., 05-56023
In a suit alleging that an incumbent local exchange carrier monopolized and attempted to monopolize the regional digital subscriber line market in violation of the Sherman Act, denial of defendants' motion for judgment on the pleadings is affirmed where plaintiff's allegation that defendants' pricing scheme created an anticompetitive price squeeze stated a potentially valid claim under section 2 of the Sherman Act.
