US v. Holland, 06-30258

A conviction and sentence for mailing threatening communications and threatening the President of the United States is affirmed where the district judge reasonably construed defendant's threatening phone message left on the judge's home phone as an attempt to manipulate the court system which did not warrant his sua sponte recusal.
