Bryant v. Arizona Attorney Gen., 06-16138

Dismissal of a habeas petition as untimely under the one-year statute of limitations established by the Antiterrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act (AEDPA) is affirmed over a claim that petitioner was entitled to statutory and equitable tolling because the Arizona Department of Corrections did not make available to him case law interpreting the AEDPA.
