US v. Hurd, 06-30592

Denial of defendant's motion to suppress in a prosecution for a drug-related offense is affirmed where a search of defendant's residence was within the scope of a properly authorized warrant, despite the fact that the warrant was signed by a judge who initialed portions of the arrant describing the person and automobile of the defendant, but failed to initial the portion describing defendant's residence.
