Womack v. Del Papa, 06-15069

Denial of a habeas petition from a conviction and sentence for attempted murder with use of a deadly weapon, kidnapping, and forgery is affirmed over a claim that petitioner entered an Alford guilty plea to several crimes that was not knowing, voluntary and intelligent because he was deprived of effective assistance of counsel.
