Giles v. Gen. Motors Acceptance Corp., 05-15189, 05-17251
In cases raising tort and contract claims brought by owners and operators of car dealerships against General Motors Acceptance Corporation (GMAC) arising from "floorplan financing" and other agreements, summary judgment rulings for GMAC are reversed and remanded where: 1) the district court misapplied Nevada's economic loss doctrine; and 2) the district court misapplied Nevada's preclusion law.
