Craig v. M&O Agencies, Inc., 05-16427

In a sexual harassment suit, summary judgment for defendants and additional rulings against plaintiff are affirmed in part, but reversed in part and remanded where: 1) summary judgment for employer was error as to a Title VII hostile environment claim, as well as a claim for respondeat superior liability on an assault and battery claim; 2) dismissal of an assault and battery claim against a supervisor was error; and 3) summary judgment for the supervisor on an intentional infliction of emotional distress claim was improper.
