US v. Goetzke, 05-30267

Conviction for attempting to persuade, induce, entice, or coerce a minor to engage in unlawful sexual activity is affirmed where a rational jury could have found that plaintiff's conduct demonstrated an intent to violate the statute and that he took a "substantial step" toward completing the crime.
