US v. Shea, 06-10450

A conviction for intentionally causing damage to a "protected computer" without authorization is affirmed where: 1) the evidence was sufficient to support the conviction; 2) any variance between the date in the indictment and the date of defendant's acts was immaterial; and 3) a refusal to appoint new counsel was appropriate.
