United States Ninth Circuit

US v. Jernigan, 05-10086

A conviction for bank robbery is reversed and remanded for a new trial pursuant to a Brady claim as certain suppressed evidence, which indicated that, while defendant was in custody, other nearby banks had been robbed by a Hispanic female with a physical resemblance to defendant, was material to defendant's guilt and she was prejudiced by the suppression.
