US v. Juvenile Male, 06-30587

A decision granting the government's motion to transfer a juvenile case alleging second degree murder to adult criminal prosecution pursuant to the Federal Juvenile Delinquency Act (FJDA) is vacated and remanded where the district court made findings that were clearly erroneous with regard to defendant's social background.
