Denial of habeas relief in a sexual misconduct case is affirmed where a California court did not unreasonably apply Supreme Court law in holding that California Evidence Code section 1108, which addresses the admissibility of prior sexual offenses, falls outside the scope of Supreme Court precedent in Carmell v. Texas, 529 U.S. 513 (2000).
