Walton v. US Marshals Serv., 05-17308

In a suit against the U.S. Marshals Service under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 alleging plaintiff was unlawfully discharged due to her hearing impairment, summary judgment for defendant is affirmed where plaintiff could not demonstrate that she was disabled within the meaning of the Rehabilitation Act or the Americans with Disabilities Act. (Amended opinion)
