US v. Norbury, 06-30328

A conviction and sentence for four methamphetamine-related counts is affirmed where: 1) sufficient evidence supported the conviction; and 2) for purposes of a sentence enhancement under 21 U.S.C. section 841, the district court properly concluded that defendant's dismissed state conviction qualified as a prior conviction under the statute.
