Denial of a prisoner's petition for a writ of habeas corpus challenging his murder conviction is affirmed where, in light of the low probative value of a letter and the otherwise effective cross-examination by defense counsel, petitioner's Sixth Amendment right to confrontation did not require the disclosure of a witness's attorney-client privileged letter to his former counsel.
