US v. Freeman, 05-50401

A conviction and sentence for conspiracy to manufacture and distribute cocaine base and conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine is affirmed where: 1) although portions of an expert witness's testimony should have been excluded, the district court's error was harmless; and 2) the remainder of his claims were meritless.
