Gruver v. Lesman Fisheries Inc., 05-35916

Dismissal of the seaman's action for assault and unpaid wages for lack of subject matter jurisdiction is reversed as a fight aboard a ship between the seaman and his former maritime employer over unpaid wages gives rise to federal admiralty jurisdiction.
