United States Ninth Circuit

US v. Mayer, 06-50481

A conviction for travel with intent to engage in illicit sexual conduct, resulting from an undercover agent's investigation as a member of the North American Man/Boy Love Association (NAMBLA), is affirmed over a claim that the district court should have dismissed the charges against him because the investigation that led to his arrest violated the First, Fourth, and Fifth Amendments.
