US v. Orman, 06-10398

A conviction for unlawful possession of a firearm is affirmed over a claim of erroneous denial of a motion to suppress where the seizure of a gun from defendant at a mall was not contrary to the Fourth Amendment as an officer's initial encounter with defendant was consensual, and the officer lawfully seized the gun for safety purposes.
