In an action alleging civil rights, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related claims brought against a state health agency and other defendants arising from a withdrawal of an offer to hire plaintiff as a food and drug inspector, dismissal of plaintiffs' complaint is affirmed where the district court did not abuse its discretion by dismissing the duplicative complaint with prejudice.
