Canatella v. Van de Kamp, 06-15186
In a civil rights suit brought by an attorney against the State Bar of California, officers and another attorney, arising from defendant-attorney's citation to a disciplinary summary regarding plaintiff on the Bar's website, dismissal of the action as to the Bar and officers is affirmed where, under California law, the statute of limitations ran on plaintiff's claims before he filed his complaint.
