A conviction under the Hobbs Act arising from the robbery of a money transfer business is affirmed where sufficient evidence showed that: 1) the business was engaged in interstate commerce; and 2) the robbery obstructed, delayed, or affected interstate commerce, because only a de minimis effect on interstate commerce is needed to support a Hobbs Act prosecution.
