US v. Parry, 05-30522

A sentence for being a felon in possession of a firearm is affirmed where defendant-s prior drug-related convictions were correctly characterized as "serious drug offenses" under the Armed Career Criminal Act (ACCA) because Oregon "prescribe[s] by law" a "maximum term of imprisonment" of 10 years or more for delivery of methamphetamine.
