Fedunyak v. Gonzales, 04-71914
Petition for review of a decision denying Ukrainian national asylum and withholding of removal is granted where petitioner suffered past persecution because of his political opinion, he had shown a genuine and well-founded fear of future persecution should he return to the Ukraine, and thus, he was eligible for asylum and entitled to withholding relief.
