Johnson v. City of Seattle, 05-35319

In a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 action brought by plaintiffs injured during rioting in Seattle, summary judgment for defendants, the city and police chief, is affirmed where plaintiffs failed to demonstrate that defendants violated their constitutional rights with respect to their claim that defendants' change in police enforcement policy violated their Fourteenth Amendment right to due process by affirmatively placing them in a position of enhanced danger.
