Conlon v. US, 05-15238

Summary judgment against plaintiff in a Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) action involving his alleged improper arrest and imprisonment is affirmed where the district court did not abuse its discretion when it denied plaintiff's motion for relief under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 36(b) from certain admissions which had been deemed admitted due to plaintiff's failure to timely respond to the government's Request for Admissions.
