United States Ninth Circuit

Walsh v. Nevada Dep't of Human Res., 04-17440

Individual defendants cannot be held personally liable for violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Dismissal of a suit under the ADA against Nevada, agency-employer, and individual employees is affirmed where the state defendants were immune, the individuals could not be sued for money damages, and a request for injunctive relief suffered several infirmities.
