United States Ninth Circuit

US v. Luong, 05-50090

An order suppressing evidence seized from defendant's residence and storage locker in a prosecution for methamphetamine-related offenses is affirmed where the search was not supported by probable cause, and the warrant in the matter was so lacking in indicia of probable cause that a reasonably well-trained officer could not have relied on it in good faith.
