Robbins v. Soc. Sec. Admin., 04-35890
A partial denial of supplemental security income and disability insurance benefits is reversed and remanded where the decision was not supported by substantial evidence with regards to: 1) an adverse credibility finding and a failure to consider lay witness testimony in evaluating claimant's residual functional capacity (RFC); and 2) a hypothetical posed to a vocational expert for purposes of determining claimant's ability to perform other work available in the national economy before a certain point in time.
