US v. Hungerford, 05-30500

A conviction and sentence for conspiracy, robbery, and using a firearm in relation to a crime of violence is affirmed where sufficient evidence supported the convictions of robbery and using a firearm, 18 U.S.C. section 924(c)(1) is not unconstitutionally vague, and the sentence violated neither the Fifth nor the Eighth Amendment.
