United States Ninth Circuit

Dismissal of plaintiff's claims challenging the constitutionality of a residential picketing ordinance enacted by San Diego County is affirmed where the ordinance is not unconstitutional in every conceivable application, is not unconstitutionally vague, and there is no "realistic danger that the statute itself will significantly compromise recognized First Amendment protection," for purposes of being overbroad.
