Padilla v. Gonzales, 02-73627, 03-73964

Petitions for review of a streamlined decision of the BIA affirming an IJ's denial of petitioners' application for asylum and reducing a voluntary departure period, and of the BIA's denial of their motion to reopen are granted in part as to the streamlined decision where, because the BIA issued a streamlined order, it was required to affirm the entirety of the IJ's decision, including the length of the voluntary departure period granted.
