A conviction and sentence for attempted illegal entry is affirmed, over claims that the district court's plea colloquy was inadequate under Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 11 and that an enhancement of defendant's sentence violated Apprendi, where any such errors did not warrant relief under the plain error standard of review.
