A petition for review of a denial of petitioner's application for asylum, withholding of removal, and relief under the Convention Against Torture (CAT) is granted and the matter remanded where, although the court had sympathy for an IJ's and the government's suspicion that petitioner might be a member of a terrorist organization in Sri Lanka, the IJ erred in finding that "discrepancies" in petitioner's story cumulatively supported an adverse credibility finding.
