United States Ninth Circuit
US v. Hill, 05-50219
Denial of the defendant's motion to suppress evidence recovered from computer storage media in a prosecution for possession of child pornography is affirmed where the search at issue was supported by probable cause and, notwithstanding the shortcomings of a search warrant affidavit, the manner of its execution did not mandate suppression of the fruits of the search.
