United States Ninth Circuit
Maldonado-Galindo v. Gonzales, 05-72395
A petition for review of the BIA's denial of a petition for cancellation of removal is denied pursuant to a finding that Congress unmistakably limited relief under section 240A of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act (IIRIRA) to those who have not received section 212(c) relief, and section 240A does not have a retroactive effect.
