U.S. v. Estrada, 05-10500

Conviction for possession of pseudoephedrine knowing, or with reasonable cause to believe, that it would be used to manufacture methamphetamine is affirmed where: 1) a supplemental jury instruction properly stated the mens rea requirement for the offense; 2) defendant did not prove that destruction of evidence constituted a due process violation; and 3) fingerprint evidence was properly admitted.
