Summary judgment for a condominium association and related individuals and entities is affirmed where a claim that defendants discriminated against plaintiffs on the basis of handicap in violation of the Fair Housing Act in refusing to allow plaintiffs to keep a dog as a reasonable accommodation for a mental illness failed since defendants never refused to make plaintiff's requested accommodation.
