Summary judgment for defendants, a police chief and officers, in a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 case is affirmed where Los Angeles police officers did not violate plaintiff's constitutional rights by arresting him for his suspected role in the theft of Oscar statuettes to be presented by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
