United States Ninth Circuit

Dismissal of pharmacies' claims against pharmacy benefits managers (PBMs) based on violations of California Civil Code sections 2527 and 2528 is reversed where the district court erred in dismissing the pharmacies' claims asserting procedural injury due to lack of "injury in fact" for purposes of Article III standing.
