Summary judgment for defendant-music company in a suit brought by a professional vocalist and recording artist for misappropriating her voice and name in a song is affirmed where the district court properly found that the Copyright Act preempted plaintiff's claims for violation of her common law right to privacy and her statutory right of publicity.
