Wall Data Inc. v. Los Angeles County Sheriff's Dep't, 03-56559

Orders entering final judgment following a jury trial against a sheriff's department and awarding a software company attorneys' fees and costs in a copyright infringement case are affirmed where the department's copying constituted copyright infringement despite its configuration of computers such that the total number of workstations able to access the installed software did not exceed the total number of licenses purchased by the department.
