Defendants' sentences for being illegal aliens found in the United States after deportation is affirmed over their claims that the disparity between their sentences, and sentences imposed on similarly situated defendants who are prosecuted in districts with fast-track programs rendered their sentences unreasonable per Booker, and violated their rights to due process and equal protection.
