A judgment in an action alleging that a school district failed to comply with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) is affirmed over plaintiffs' claims of error regarding: 1) substantive and procedural IDEA violations; 2) denial of a free and appropriate public education; 3) an award of compensatory education services; and 4) denial of attorney's fees to plaintiffs.
