US v. Mix, 05-10088

A sentence for kidnapping, aggravated sexual abuse, and assault with a deadly weapon committed within an Indian reservation is affirmed over claims: 1) that imposition of a life sentence was unreasonable and inconsistent with the requirements of 18 U.S.C. section 3553(a); and 2) of improper application of Booker.
