US v. Valerio, 04-10192

A conviction for being a felon in possession of a firearm is affirmed over the following claims of error: 1) that he was not a convicted felon at all, because his deferred imposition of sentence and subsequent discharge under state law invalidated that status; and 2) erroneous admission of evidence.
